Announcing the winner of M:brane Pitch Award!

"What great news! I am glad that the jury liked my pitch, and now I will use exactly this pitch, when I am pitching Tiny Films about Sorrow in Cartoon Forum and elsewhere. I will look forward to come to M:brane next year."
Karsten Mungo Madsen, director/ producer, Tiny Film Aps, Denmark

For the first time, we are very happy to be able to Award a Pitching Team for Best Pitch in collaboration with Creative Europe.

This initiative from M:brane has been instigated to leverage the status of content aimed at a young audience. Selected Producers has been offered Pitch Training with Thomas Borch Nielsen and were -upon the Corona related cancellation of this years event- encouraged to send us, their filmed pitch. These were uploaded to each Projects presentation online, and carefully studied by our prestigious Jury members.

The Award is installed to further encourage producers of kids- & youth content to continue their important work within the M:brane network, to produce relevant, edgy, artistic content that is in the forefront of new technology as well as of innovative storytelling. As such we aim to drive “Business for Arts Sake” – and further honour Smart Content for Savvy Young Audiences.

Through the years, our Pitching Events have led to the improvement of the quality of the projects and of storytelling for kids. The personal interaction is crucial to us – it's about chemistry.

Submission for M:brane 2021 opens December 3rd.
