REVISIT THE PITCHES
All the Pitches from m:brane 2022 have now been uploaded to each project’s profile in FestiCiné. This means that you can enter with your log-in to view and re-view them. This gives Pitching Producers the opportunity to re-view their pitch and to work further on their pitching skills. They can also screen the pitch to potential new partners after presenting at m:brane. Decision Makers can access and screen the pitches whenever they want to discuss a certain project with colleagues. And finally: Producers looking for co-production opportunities and new partnerships can look into the catalog for this purpose.

We follow up continuously on the projects that have pitched at the Forum. In 2019 the Swedish/Norwegian feature Mini Zlatan and Uncle Darling, directed by Christian Lo (Filmbin), was pitched at m:brane. Ten days ago the film premiered at BUFF International Film Festival and has been screening in Swedish cinemas from March 25.
Producer Petter Lindblad, from Snowcloud Films (SE), recently shared his thoughts on the experience of pitching at m:brane:
“When we pitched at m:brane in 2019, we were early on in the process of finding funds. For us that became a way of trying out the concept and story, in order to see if we were heading in the right direction. We received good feedback and interest for the project, which helped us further the development. Afterwards important players knew about the project and were prepared and open for a direct pitch.”
