Thirteen-year-olds Oden and Julian are inseparable in their quiet village, their intense friendship – bordering on love – setting them apart. Restless and misunderstood, they rebel and dream of escape. When their parents plan to separate them, they run away by train. In a bohemian collective they explore identity and belonging – until jealousy drives Oden to Copenhagen, where danger forces him to face himself and a fragile reconciliation begins.
