Nobody Can Stop Don Carlo

Carlo (12) travels alone from Bochum to Palermo to find his chaotic father Salva, who left after his parents separated. On his journey, Carlo encounters unusual people, faces challenges, questions his idealised image of his father and struggles with feelings of guilt for leaving his mother. When he finally finds Salva, the reunion does not go as he had hoped. His journey becomes one of growing up, courage and self-discovery. Carlo finally learns to speak for himself and redefine his parents.
