From m:brane to the European Film Awards!

The Greek documentary Bugboy has been shortlisted for the 39th European Film Awards. This project took part in m:branes REALYOUNG^© documentary workshop and pitch in 2024, where it took an important step towards international co-production.

We warmly congratulate director Lucas Paleocrassa and producers Rea Apostolides and Yuri Averof at Anemon Productions.

”m:brane is one of the few pitching forums and markets for young audiences that gives documentaries such a prominent place. Pitching there opened the door to our co-production with Denmark, and we’re so proud that BUGBOY became the first Greek film to receive support from the Danish Film Institute” – says producer Rea Apostolidis.
