Brave Bunch in India at NDHRFF
A good start to 2023 – congratulations to the creators behind the former REALYOUNG© project Maharaja’s children – Brave Bunch in India. The interactive documentary has been selected to be screened at the North Dakota Human Rights Film and Arts Festival.
The project, which was part of REALYOUNG© in 2018, is directed by Polish director Tomas Stankiewicz and illustrated by Estonian artist Urmas Viik.
Brave bunch in India is an exceptional story of a 10-year-old Wiesio, one of thousands of Polish children who were saved from the hell of World War II by an Indian Maharajah.
The North Dakota Human Rights Film and Arts Festival runs from January 10th to January 30th. It features 75 artists worldwide, each using their specific medium to address human rights, civil rights, or social justice issues.
