New face at m:brane

Ann Bergström, Session Producer m:brane Learning 2023

Ann is curating and coordinating m:brane Learning – The Non-Didactic Universe 2023. With a background in education, culture, art, film and media, since the late 70’s, she is excited to be working with m:brane Learning:

“I am really looking forward to this. For me it has always been important to inspire the young, to make them feel that they are important, to open new worlds to them, to make a difference. This is what m:brane Learning aims for.”

Ann has a solid experience as art teacher in public schools, project manager for cultural events, unit director for grants and support at the City of Malmö and the regional art collection of Region Västra Götaland. As culture secretary at the cultural departments of The City of Malmö, Region Skåne and The City of Gothenburg she was responsible for film, media, visual arts and design. Today she is working as a freelancer and also has her own practice in visual art.
