Ludovic has a strong track record in the media and entertainment sectors, leading business development efforts for world-class creators and operators, including Moment Factory and Cirque du Soleil. His expertise spans strategic planning, business and corporate development, investor relations, and commercial negotiations. He has worked previously as a strategy consultant for a global firm, practiced law at a global firm, and holds law degrees from McGill and UC Berkeley, and an MBA from Oxford University.
