Julie Dalbec

With over twenty years of experience in television, branded content, and multimedia creation, Julie Dalbec is a producer and artistic director recognized for her leadership, vision, and ability to manage large-scale creative projects. After beginning her career in television at Zone3 and TQS/V, and later founding her own production company, she joined Toast Studio in 2015 as Executive Producer. In this role, she significantly expanded her expertise in branded content, strategy, and multiplatform storytelling.

In the summer of 2025, she served as producer and artistic director for Reflets Dansants, a luminous video mapping installation located in Marsoui, Haute-Gaspésie. This spectacular project combined her expertise in digital art with her deep attachment to the Gaspésie region.

For the last two years, Julie has brought her full experience and strategic vision to HUB Montréal, where she served as Head of Programming. With a deep understanding of the cultural sector and an outstanding track record, she excels at identifying, selecting, and showcasing the talents and works that shape the future of digital creativity. This role allowed her to continue and expand her commitment to the emerging cultural and artistic scene.

Building on this experience, she now operates independently in the digital creative industry as a content producer and consultant, where her expertise and credibility are firmly established.
